Dario Cordova, CMT, is a graduate of National Holistic Institute and has been in practice since 1995. He joined the Massage Therapy Center Palo Alto staff in 2019 and offers Clinical Deep Tissue Massage, Deep Work Massage, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Release, Sports Massage, Swedish Massage, and Trigger Point Release. In his sessions, he uses his professional abilities to address the areas specified in consultation with each client, and at the same time listens to each body’s needs to unwind, elongate, and create space in the musculature and connective tissues. His intention is to resolve the presenting issues and to help improve mobility. He is caring about his clients and also maintains the self-care necessary to do his work well.

In his spare time Dario does weight lifting, spin classes, listens to books-on-tape and enjoys hanging out at the beach.
