I am a graduate of De Anza College where I studied massage therapy that included holistic studies in Eastern and Western philosophies. I respect each modality as a separate science but I like to incorporate a bit from each method into my sessions with the goal of facilitating symptom relief and enhanced range of motion. I am currently expanding my learning to include orthopedic and neuromuscular therapy. My sessions result in deeply releasing, relaxing, and restorative transformation. My intention is to support my clients in a healing experience that reconnects them to deep listening to their body’s needs.
I played a lot of different sports in the past and now enjoy walking in nature as well as mountain biking. I also like to spend time with my family attending multi-cultural, theater, and sport events.
