Welcome to Massage Therapy Center

As one of the largest and oldest massage bodywork facilities in California, Massage Therapy Center Palo Alto has provided excellent professional service to our surrounding communities since 1981. We pride ourselves in the knowledge and wisdom that touch is an elemental dimension of our human existence and absolutely necessary to enhance the creative, self-organizing healing potential in each one of us.

Our massage bodywork therapists facilitate deep, long-lasting results in a wide range of modalities, peeling away layers of stress, restoring mobility to injured muscle tissue, easing stiffened joints and hot spots of pain. We have 15 therapists who are professionally trained and certified in a broad range of massage bodywork modalities. Each is licensed by the State of California.

Massage Therapy Center has been voted BEST MASSAGE OF PALO ALTO in 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016-2018 (Hall of Fame), 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025!

In a fast-paced world, we need to invest in ourselves and take care of our mind and body, so we can have the capacity to take care of our loved ones. Massage therapy helps reduce anxiety, depression, digestive disorders, headache, insomnia, and many other conditions. At the Massage Therapy Center Palo Alto, our professional massage therapists provide customized massage services to reduce pain, improve mobility, and enhance health.
